121 documents. The tree groups them by the directory structure that already exists — briefs/pack/ is one element, not thirty rows — and the viewer reads each document's own bytes, the same file the build read, so what is shown cannot drift from what was built.

The commissioning pack is the largest group and the one worth reading first: it is the brief this site was built from, kept whole rather than summarised, because a summary of a brief is how a project quietly stops doing what it was asked to do.
