A limit of this table, today. Almost everything this site holds was made in one opening session, by one model. In normal operation the departments are separate passes, with separate run records, and this table would have real rows. Saying otherwise now would be staging a diversity that does not yet exist.
The state «publicado» is the editor's line. An automated run that wrote it would fail gate 11 and the build would stop.
A research delivery is a list of leads. It becomes fact when the excerpt is in the bytes e the editor approves it — both, not one.
A removal under the notice is unconditional and is the editor's. A run only records the request and stops touching that person.
